Aftercare & Integration
Aftercare & Integration
Rogue Rope Camp can be intense. The soft landing matters.

Before You Leave Camp
- Eat something real. Drink water. Sleep if you can.
- If you’re wobbly, ask early. Find an FWB, a friend, or the team.
- If you made a tender connection, say a clean goodbye (or agree how you’ll check in later).
The First 48 Hours Back
- Expect a shift. Euphoria, fog, grief, irritation, hunger, loneliness can all show up.
- Keep your calendar light if you can. Don’t stack big decisions right away.
- Move your body a little. Eat. Shower. Go outside. Basic care counts.
The First Week
- Write down what you want to remember (not the whole story, just the truth of it).
- If you want to message someone from camp, do it simply and without pressure.
- If something felt off, talk it through with someone grounded. Don’t spiral alone.
If It Hits Hard
If you feel unsafe, overwhelmed, or destabilized, reach out to someone you trust and consider professional support in your country.
If something happened at camp that needs follow-up, use Contact. We would rather hear about it than have you carry it alone.
