The Food Plan

🍽️ What we provide:

  • Brunch — coffee, water, and fresh bread every morning
  • Afternoon snacks — to keep you going through the day
  • Warm meal — every evening

This is not a gourmet gathering. But it will be tasty, filling, and made with love (and probably laughter).

🥗 Dietary choice: You’ll choose vegetarian or meat when you register — and we’ll ask you to stick with your choice so we can plan portions.

What to Bring for Yourself

  • Cooler box or insulated bag — essential; we provide ice cubes, you bring the container
  • Your favorite drinks — there’s no bar on site. Bring beer, wine, soft drinks, mixers, whatever you love. We provide coffee and water but not other beverages.
  • Brunch toppings — we bring fresh bread; you bring your peanut butter, jam, cheese, spreads, or whatever makes your morning right
  • Snacks you love — especially late-night snacks for the firepit and times you want extra energy
  • Reusable plate, cutlery, and cup — we don’t do disposables

Special Diets & Dietary Needs

  • Vegan — best-effort; let us know when you register

⚠️ If you have specific needs (gluten-free, allergies, complex dietary requirements), email us before your ticket is confirmed. We genuinely want to find solutions, but we need to know in advance to plan well.


Kitchen Crew

We assemble a small, scrappy kitchen crew to help chop, stir, and keep the meals flowing. Want to be part of it? Stay tuned for sign-ups in the pre-event info. It’s a great way to contribute and connect.
